Delivery fees vary by location and will be confirmed upon enquiry. 

For original paintings, Charlotte will advise whether the piece is dry, varnished and ready to ship, or if there is a waiting period while the painting becomes fully dry and safe for delivery. 

Prints are shipped in protective rolled tubes.

Please note that international orders outside of the UK may incur customs charges, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

All paintings and prints must be paid for in full before shipping. 

Each paintings is shown as it is, either framed or unframed. Prints are all unframed.

All artwork is packaged securely, and any damage in transit must be reported within 24 hours with photographs of both the artwork and the packaging. 

Due to the nature of original artwork, returns and refunds are not accepted. 

Copyright remains with Charlotte, and the artwork may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission. 

Colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings, but every effort is made to ensure accurate representation.
